Just arrived in California, after travelling on the bus today for 10.5 hours leaving New Mexico and crossing the whole of Arizona. We're staying in a town called Blythe (which is just inside California) Today we also crossed our final time zone - we're now 8 hours behind Wales.
Today was the best scenery we've had from the bus all tour, crossing some fantastic mountains through Arizona - just like a western film.

Roedd y lleoliad ar acwstics yn wych ar gyfer canu corawl, cynulleidfa gorau'r daith, a'r sain gorau . 97% yn ol y maestro... Cofiadwy iawn.
Just finished a concert in Topeka, the state capital of Kansas. Fantastic
The venue was a proper concert hall, with fantastic acoustics. The audience was also the best yet, as wa the performance - 97% according to the maestro. All of these three coupled together made a very memorable concert.

Accross the wild Missouri
Neithiwr oedd ein 15fed cyngerdd yn Lexington, Missouri. Roedd y Theatr yn rhan o Academi milwrol, felly roedd nifer o cadets yn cerdded o gwmpas yn eu gwisg milwrol. Aeth y gyngerdd yn dda ar y cyfan er doedd dim lot o le ar y llwyfan. Ar ol y gyngerdd, cafon ni ein gwahodd i dy un o'r gynulleidfa i gael bwyd a diod (a alcohol!!!). Noson hwylus I bawb.

Yesterday was our 15th concert in Lexington Missouri. The theatre was part of a military Academy, therefore there were lots of young cadets waling around in their military uniform. The concert went well although there wasn't much room on the stage. After the concert, we were invited to a reception organised by a member of the audience for food and drink ( and alcohol!!) a good night had by all.

Sweet Home Alabama - SYCH!!! DRY!!!
Tywydd wedi oeri tipyn. Pawb yn gwisgo crysau-t ddoe yn cerdded o gwmpas Atlanta. Ond tymheredd wedi gostwng tua 20 C mewn un diwrnod wrth i ni fynd lan i Alabama. O dan y rhewbwynt heno. Cyngerdd rhif 14 heno mewn ysgol yn Cullman. Cyngerdd anodd gan ei fod hi'n oer iawn iawn yn yr auditorium. Mas am bryd o fwyd ar ol y cyngerdd i restaurant 'Ruby Tuesday' a darganfod rhywbeth HUNLLEFUS - ein bod ni'n aros mewn SIR SYCH. - Dim alcohol ar werth o gwbl - unrhywle - am 30 milltir. Keith yr arweinydd yn dweud "DIM HAPUS".
Teithio am 7 awr fory yn mynd trwy Tennessee ar y ffordd i gyngerdd yn Kansas City yn Missouri ar nos Wener.
The Weather has dropped from low 20s C yesterday to around freezing today. We hd a concert tonight in Cullman Alabama. Difficult concert because it was really cold in the auditorium - usually it's too warm on stage because of the lights... Out for a meal at 'Ruby Tuesdays' after the concert - where we made a devastating discovery on ordering the drinks... we were in a DRY COUNTY... No alcohol... anywhere... for 30 miles... as Keith conductor said "DIM HAPUS"
Travelling for 7 hours yesterday. Making our way north west through tennessee towards friday nights concert in Kansas City, Missouri.

G.E.O.R.G.I.A Brown
A sad day today as we say goodbye to two members of the choir. Gareth 'the voice' Tomos (cnob) and Anthony 'clutch hapus' Williams couldn't stay for the whole tour because of work commitments.
We dropped them off at Charlotte Airport mid morning and said our fair wells. There wasn't dry a eye left on the bus. However, it's not all sad news as Anthony has decided to rejoin us by Friday and Tedi ap Cnob yr ail also decided to stay. A wise choice. Concert in Brunswick, Georgia tonight – the final in the run of eight concert in a row.
The concert tonight was fantastic – the best so far. Full hall, and a fantastic audience. Concert was 96% according to Keith the conductor!! The weather here in Georgia in great - around 22-23 C.

Cyngerdd Hanesyddol / Historic Concert
The big 200
Our concert at High Point University was the Black Mountain's 200th concert on US soil. The theatre itself only held about 600 people but was one of the best theatres we've performed in so far.
To celebrate in style, everybody upt their game and gave a great performance (especially in the Tom Jones Medley). We even gave Peter Karrie a heart attack by coming on in phantom masks after music of the night. It was a A very special day for all - especially for Mike Evans and Keith Millward who have been present for all 200 performances.
